Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from a little cold due to the cold weather. Wish to know what kind of food I should have. I don't want to take any medication. Thanks.

I visited doctor.. He said the bump is something like lymphoid hyperplasia after an infection... But gave no such specific medicine... How long will this take to go away? And any lifestyle changes or medicine I can take to improve faster?

So, my left ear has trumping sound from swimming. I wasn't there for a long time but it's sounds like a drum when I'm chewing or walking etc. I tried to put my head over the left side and the towel under, but it's not helping and the water won't come out.. I know there some water in it or whatever but what should I do to get it out?

What do I do for phlegm? I have this always bt in summers specially today it keeps coming out when I woke up I felt my throat was covered with phlegm and I had to clear it out. Why is it so?

My Baby is always fingering in his ear. It got increased once he is teething every time. It get decreased once his teeths came out... Need to know whether he is fingerinng his ear due to teething or it is something related to his ear issue

I noticed a large tender spot behind my right ear about a week and a half ago. It’s feels like a bruise. The bone behind the cartilage is sticking out prominently, but is still hard, not swollen. The mother said it is a bit red, but it could be from me touching it. I currently have a perforated eardrum in my right ear because of a hole that didn’t close after tubes surgery when I was a baby. Sometimes water gets in it when I shower, but I haven’t had ear infection-like pain.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have had cough and cold from 24th April and clogged ears. I have been constantly consulting doctor and have been put on medications. Below are medicines. 1.Nexpro RD :- Once a day. 2.Alerfix total :- Twice a day 3.Cortimax :- Twice a day 4.Mucotab :- Twice a day. 5.Drep ear drops :- Thrice a day 6.mucoris Nose drop:- Twice a day. 7.Furamist nasal Spray:- Thrice a day. I'm having these medicines religiously however don't find much of improvement. I'm wondering should I change doctor and get whole check up done again or what to do. Please help. Thanks and Regards

I have done HRCT in jan/18. I have done cbc,esr 20 day ago. PMT,TMT 4 month ago. In past 6 month I got 8 to 10 time tiny blood steaks with dry cough .according to dr I have sinutisis and acute bronchitis . according to all reports it's fine but I m not sure about it what is exact reason. I have dry cough not severe I goes away with medication but it occurs when I got cold and it's happening from past 8 month . Plz guide me in proper way . I m afraid of some serious disease due to this I have clinical depression and I m loosing my Heath. Please see attached image of dry cough with tiny blood. Thanks in advance.

Can I take for respiratory infection Azytromivin instead of amoxicillin u had both I took crazy on web when I start feeling sick but lungs where clear .now i have some whizzing and also i have kind of faringitis as it hurts my fringe. And also start to get a more productive cough. Thanks

Can P120 be used for fever in 4years kids. What should be the doses? Also can it will reduce cough and cold
