Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My 11 months old baby (9 kg) suffered from cough from 1 week. When he was six month old Dr had given wikoryl af drop and it worked. Now can we give same medicine and what should be dose considering his age?

I am having a sputum/mucus problem from last 1 year. It’s production is more than average even when I have no cough or cold problem. I always feels like mucus is stacked between my nose and mouth but when I try to through very little comes out.Mucus colour is white and very sticky. I don’t have my respiratory or asthma problem.Please suggest 1. why it's happening and what to do.

Recurring dry cough past 1 week - mostly after I eat something - feels as if like burping & then turns into a small fit of cough for couple of minutes.

Continuous Cough for long hours esp during night time. It's doesn't seem to be related to cold but regular coughing is there.

Getting headache when traveling in Sun, or during my lectures(projecter screen, 3hours lecture). Had my eye checked earlier, it 6/6. Now am finding it hard to cope with the headache, that start from the eyes corner to head.

Does absolute eosinophil count causes wheezing, throat and nose irritation (while breathing coldness and throat dryness) ? My eosinophil count is 800 and I'm having above said problem from past 6 months.

I had thyroid surgery on December 8,17 cause of larger goiter. My problem is before surgery my go doctor order ct scan on my lungs in November 27,17 at that time no one said anything about a aberrant origin of the right subclavian . I had no voice after surgery so I was referred to a ent doctor he said my left side voice cords are paralyzed. On February 8 I had laryngoscop W/VC INJ+Scope now I still have no voice. Could either doctor make a mistake is the reason I don’t have no voice.
