I have been having sore throat for 2 days with cough, cold and headache now. started with sore throat. i amnhaving azax 500 tab now.

If u have taken azax then continue for 3 more days. Also take paracetamol for relief from pain twice a day. Gargling with warm salt water will be helpful. If it continues then please visit in person for examination and further treatment
