Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

A small boil comes up inside my nose and it is very painful. It comes up in last week but after suffering a week it goes, and it starts again... Really sensitive..

I had throat pain since 4 months i had taken many times medicines for pharyngitis but not much improvement found so recemtly i changed my ent dr and he also given medicine for pharyngitis for 7 days but aftsr taking 2 day medicine hiccups started. for last two day freqient hiccups came for 10_15 minuits in interval of 2-3 hour. please do suggest some guidance to avoid any problems.
