Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 17 years old boy boy my voice has not yet deepend can i deepen my voice with excersise or is ther any home remedy

As tickly throat and dry coughs produce little or no mucus, they are non-productive coughs, distinct from chesty coughs. Dry coughs result from an irritation in the throat (pharynx) and the cough is triggered to relieve the irritation.2 months I have taken montek LC for 2 week now and I have no cough but still the slight itchiness in throat. My question here is. Is this the symptoms of Asthma/bronchitis/dust allergy. Can : PFT + chest x-ray Radiology -CT Scan-PNS (if required) Confirm this ?

I have a permanent soar throat. It takes effort for me to even swallow water at times. I have already taken consultation from ENT specialists and they say that I don't have any specific problem. Please suggest something to get rid of this irritation.

My electrocardiograph showed incomplete RBBB. I'm a 16 year old female. They say it could be linked to my tonsils, which get inflamed a few times a year. They advise I should get my tonsils removed. I couldn't find any information on the internet connecting tonsils with RBBB so i'm a little confused.

I am having a sputum/mucus problem from last 1 year. It’s production is more than average even when I have no cough or cold problem. Recurring dry cough past 1 week - mostly after I eat something - feels as if like burping & then turns into a small fit of cough for couple of minutes.

Continuous Cough for long hours esp during night time. It's doesn't seem to be related to cold but regular coughing is there.
