Problem while speaking
I diagnosed for materials 21 yr ago. At that time I was unconscious for 2 days. I spent about a month in hospital. Later I found my tongue got heavier. Actually it doesn't pain or I doesn't face any problems with that except I can't speak fast and my voice is bad. I didn't mind at all. But now I am working professional and facing problems for not speaking properly. Actually it affects my performance.
Sir please give me guidance to cure this problem
