Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi There, There is a sore throat since a long time, and used to have a problem of acidity. And now, it's been over 2 Months, the swelling isn't going away from the tonsils. Cough with blood but it's coming from my nose i have to speed spit it out just like cough in throat, sometimes yellow sometimes with blood(blood always in morning). There is also pain on swallowing but in the nasal region not in throat..should i be worried

Hello my name is Syed Aqib i am a student and i am having a speech disorder since 6years and i am continuously losing command over my voice. It's just can't get away from my mind i don't know why its stuck on my mind i practice myself at home and how i interact with outside world is just because of my confidence that i only build up for over years. I will be joining corporate world by next year and i want to regain my fluency anyhow. I just want those exercise that can really help. There are so many over internet that blow up mind when it comes to decide which will be going to give you result. Please help me with some effective exercises for finding my voice back.
