Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Feels like there is something which is blocking to ear. No pain at all. Once I had used ear bud to clean water from ear. After then I started facing this problem.

I have a pain that comes and goes in the middle lower part of the throat. Not a lump. Just a sharp pain. I don't feel pain when I press that area. But there is a discomfort there. I'm a smoker. Should I be worried? Any recommendations?

Ear is paining and lots of dust got blocked in ear, i consulted to doctor dey did clean up but still its paining and in Ac environment, i am not able to hear!!! What should i do??

I had sinusitis four years back.As such I took medical treatment for the same from a ENT doctor and was okay.But after few months I started feeling cold in my chest while sleeping and could not sleep under fan in even summers.I had to press my chest with pillows or blankets and after sometime a gas would release from my bowels and then I could sleep comfortably.I am facing this till now.But now I have started feeling tightness in chest,bad breath,physical tirednes,and a heavy head all day.

Dear sir /Madam, I dont no why but my ear are so painful due to fongas in ear and show red i get some treatment bit still so panic kindly advice what can i do i go to another dr. Or give some medician name and drap name so that i can get from medical
