Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Respected sir/madam I'm a teacher by the profession and I've to take classes for 6 hours on average with chalk dust exposure. From the past two years I'm suffering with throat pain and continuous sneezing. But no cough, no difficulty in swallowing. ENT suggested me mondeslor tablet for sneezing and antacid tabs for throat pain. He said that use mondeslor one perday for three days as long as you are suffering from sneezing. After using mondeslor the sneezing is controlling and it is repeating when I stopped. Their parents throat pain is continuing. My heart beat always is around 100. I don't know what's happening to my throat. Can you please suggest me solution? Ultra sound scan sheeting that my throat was clear and thyroid gland also normal echo structural. X ray shows that I've slight sinus at my forehead and for that ENT have me Nadal spray also.

I have a snoring trouble and it's very loud and It happens even when I take small naps sitting on chairs.

I have got an acute pain in my right ear. Pain is just unbearable. It feels like some hot fluid is flowing from my ear into my brain. But after 2l10 mins the fluid started coming down. Now it's pain only inside my ear on a single point.

I have a a hearing loss on my left side ear,sometimes i fell pain at its blocked my hearing sometimes,im afraid to go to the doctor personally

I'm vipul from raipur. Recently i have done piercing in my left ear with gold pin before 20 days ago. I applied turmeric powder and oil and also eat medicine to dry but nothing happen. When i rotate the ear pin its pain. Then what should i do now??

My CT scan revealed that I have retention cyst in the left maxillary antrum, Left side high DNS, polyp coming from left maxillary ostium, grade 2 adenoid hypertrophy. do I need to be operated soon ? or medications will heal it?​
