Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Heard a loud noise in phone followed by ringing in ear and sounds like I lost hearing from it

Went Csom surgery (2times) fixed torp,now it is protruding outside. Recurrent ear discharge starts every 4 months

When someone speaks. I hear them faintly. As of today they now break up and sound as if an electric radio is losing service. A crackle of sort.

Mild throat pain always and some times cough badly Feel like burns and red patches I am a smoker not chainsmoker

I've constant bad breath , I don't have cavity , there's no problem with my gums , dental scaling/cleaning is also done , no stomach problem or indigestion problem , but I've a constant coating on my tongue and I think that's the reason for my bad breath ...so can you please suggest a medicine to get rid lf this constant coating on my tongue .
