My four year kid got me hit on my throat and since then i am getting a pain while swallowing what medicine should i take

You seem to have had blunt injury to your neck which can cause pain in the throat and Neck for few days. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can take over the counter analgesics for symptomatic pain relief
