Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In summer, i get blood getting out from my nose . It takes place twice a day,and blood flows very fast from my nose.

I have seen redness in tonsil hole and pain in jaws when open mouth. I visited ENT But he gives me multivitamin Tablet but no recovery too much

My 5 year old daughter is suffering from throat infection with mild fever and runny nose  from last 1 day . Pls suggest me the medicines urgently

I suffer from cough when I'm in AC. It may be day or night. Even traveling in the AC bus makes my throat itchy and starts with cough. I don't have any nasal blocks or any other symptoms. Just this cough irritates me

I have a heart beat thumping in my right ear and what I found online that matches exactly is (pulsatile tinnitus) I was wondering if this is something to be concerned about. It's been going on for about 5 days and it's usually worse later in the day and night.

There is an infection and wounds in my right and left ear after that severe pain & discharge puss (sticky) from my right ear. Wounds are heal after 1 month and no discharge after this and ear become dry. Dr. Told me that my eardrum has a hole and operation is only solution. But now little pain sometimes in my right ear. My question is that can my eardrum hole cure on its own or operation may be need?? Plz suggest me Dr sir.
