Soft vissling noise in the right Ear
I am experiencing a vissling noise in the right Ear since 1 week. It got swelled 2 days back nearby the Jaw  Portion. Kindly suggest me for the same. Thanks

Hello, Ringing or buzzing noise in one or both ears can be defined as tinnitus. We have found that those who suffer from frequent cold, having nosal increase, the one who has dental problems, or person facing tonsils, or vertigo, half headache, or feels giddiness may face with tinnitus in their life. Different sounds like whistle blowing sound  aircraft sound, horn etc comes from patients ears.
Next Steps
As a prevention I will suggest you to : 1) Avoid using cotton buds because these can cause infection 2) Don't stand by the speakers 3) Keep safe level of personal listening 4) If you listen to music through earphones, make sure you set the level to safe.

You seem to be having temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction which might have been the cause for tinnitus and jaw swelling. You may need to use soft diet, apply hot compresses to the joint for few days.
