I am feeling some kind of noise in my ear. Something like a bird is pirching inside the ear.

Hello, Ringing or buzzing noise in one or both ears can be defined as tinnitus. We have found that those who suffer from frequent cold, having nosal flesh increase, the one who has dental problems, or person facing tonsils, or vertigo, half headache or feels giddiness may face with tinnitus in their life. Different sounds come from patients ears like horn, whistle blowing sound, aircraft sound etc.
Next Steps
As a prevention I will suggest you to : 1) Avoid using cotton buds because these can cause infection 2) Don't stand by the speakers 3) Keep safe level of personal listening 4) If you listen to music through earphones, make sure you set the level to safe.
