Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had reflux laryngitis for the 3rd time in 3years, do I have an underlying problem causing this? I have seen a dr about this, had a barium swallow test which was normal, I did 4 days of steroids which didn't work, I am on PPI's and H2 blockers. I lose my voice for 2+ weeks each attack I have

Hi i lost my voice last week at a party and developed a cough. 4 days later I got my voice back but the cough stayed. It was usually worse at night. I went to the doctors and he said my throat was red and swollen and was given antibiotics. I finished the antibiotics yesterday and i'm still coughing a little. Not as much as before, but it's still there. it feels as if there's something in my throat now and if i try to go to the gym to do supersize, I start coughing a lot so I can't.
