Talking for such a long duration can cause problem only if you give strain to your voice like speaking loud. You need to maintain your voice by talking in average loudness and taking sips of water after every 20-30min interval.
Next Steps
if you notice any change in voice then consult an ENT.

Generally 3 hours of talking is unlikely to cause any problems of voice in future. In any case avoid frequent change in pitch, drink frequent sips of water, you can also do voice relaxation exercises every day in the morning
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
