Hearing inability

I am having trouble hearing from my left ear. I used ear drops to remove any kind of ear wax but it didn't worked. Also the voice I hear I am able to hear Clearly from my right ear only. In My left ear even when I listen music I can only hear music, lyrics are not getting cleared in my left ear, Also I am having trouble hearing to my colleagues in office and hence I need a cure to continue my work life as an employee. Please help me diagnose what should I do. Thank you

Adv to get ear and Audimetry testing done. If tr is wax then ENT Surgen will remove after removing of wax go to audiologist for hearing test.once test done then only audiologist will guide you what to do.
