Itchiness and redness Tonsillitis type sensation in neck Even water cannot be swallowed Is there any quick remedy

Very high throat infection not able to drink and eat any thing. Throat is also paining very high. Showed to doctor yesterday morning but have not got any relief till now.

If I have hearing disorder and problems and I have gone to the doctor and checked everything in the clinic and everything in normal , what does that mean ?

My doc had suggested metatop nasal spray (1 puff in each nostril) for allergic reaction when I face cold weather etc., 1) Is it safe to use Metatop nasal spray for long duration? for months or years? I get normal if I use the spray for a week or two and I generally resume after 2 weeks or so when I get those symptoms again. 2) Side effects on long duration pls? 3) Also, i have higher heart beat rate around resting BPM of 85. Please also advise if continued usage of metatop results in higher heart rate? thanks a lot!

I have gone through seploplasty on 12th April 2018 because I have snoring problem doctor said that my left nose is deviated and I was earlier not able to breathe from left nose and after the surgery my snoring improved but not very much I am using decongestant also at night.
