Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had persistant coughing since two weeks now and sometimes mucus coming out in my mouth along with acute pain my chest when I cough hard. Thanks your support in advance.

I have pain in my left ear since last 12 hrs. I don't know what to do,kindly prescribe me the medicine which should be useful so that I can get relief.

I can see a White debris  spot in my throat wall surrounded by a red little bit swollen area...is it normal? Why do these happen? Is it dangerous by any chance?
