Left ear hearing problem
Sir.. my left ear is creating a buzzing sound and it does not allow me to hear as clearly as before. I have cleared my ear wax also. Please suggest me what to do further.

There are many causes for tinnitus such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, otosclerosis, acoustic trauma etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
