My baby having cold cough and fever from a week. Following the attached prescription. Situation not improving and she not able to take medicines and vomiting. Please advise if the same is OK and how to improve her health and medicine intake.

Please visit a nearby ent specialist or pediatrician. Since the baby is vomiting and not able to take syrups, may have to take medicines by injections
