Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have otitis media for 6 days now, I'm taking antibiotics for that. I've had a headache every day,but not too bad.I don't have a fever, but my neck started to hurt pretty bad yesterday, and it's really hard to put my chin close.to my chest. Is it possible to have meningitis without a fever or an awful headache?

Greetings Doctor, my problem is that I have no sense of smell, and as a result, my sense of taste is also gone. I have C.O.P.D. and when treated with prednisone, my sense of smell and taste comes back strong. I have diabetes so I’m limited to the medication to only when having a severe attack. My C.O.P.D. is under control, so no prednisone. I guess my question is, are there any treatments out there for my condition, thanks? Kind regards, LC

Hello doctor i’ve swollen right side cervical chain of lymph nodes especially the submandibular,midjugulpdigastric since last 1year it is barely felt but when I touch and then palpate properly then I can feel it but the size hasn’t increased and it is small and movable I do not have any swelling anywhere else but I do have recurrent sore throat and nasal congestion..but I’m scared about the enlarged lymph node. What can it be?? Age is 23 female
