Bothersome Lump in neck
2 retro mandibular lumps under earlobe. First appeared 1.5 year ago. Very slow growing. Superficial is rubbery, movable 1.5cm, deep is larger hard and virtually immovable except with downward force. Both non tender. Facial parathesia after massaging area. Bouts of intermittant lethargy. Fluid surrounding mass, extends from ear lobe around angle of mandible. No redness or heat of overlying skin. No weightloss. No night sweats. No generalised lymphadenopathy. Blood tests came back normal.
