Repeated sinus infection

I get repeated sinus infection. My cheeks and forehead feel heavy. Ears get clogged. I went to ent doctor , he prescribed Montelukast 10 mg, Roxid 300 mg and enzocort 6 mg, but I am not getting any relief. I also do nasal rinse and take steam but it is of no use. I feel my mucus is struck inside my sinuses and not getting out. Please help.

Deviated nasal spectrum

Hi, I have done a course of Derinide AQ and Defza. During medication I regained my nose smell but now I have again lost my nose smell also at times I feel an odor in my nose.
