Dear sir/madam After exposed to sudden loud noise through my mobile ringtone..I got some ringing sound in my right ear..After 1 week same ringing sound is there in my ear and it's not going less..is it tinnitus..or something other thing that I have to worry about..or it goes away on its own..pls help me.

I've been having a problem with throat tightness for almost two months now. It happens every day. All day. It doesn't have "periods" of happening it is just constantly every day non stop. It is constantly tightening and it feels uncomfortable. I thought that it was a reflux but my doctor said it's not. She also said that she doesn't know what is causing that. I have been suffering from tinnitus and have some hearing loss from last 2 years. I have visited ENT specialist but no use. Day by day, problem is increasing specially at work (in office). I have been having a constant sore throat and swelling in my throat I’m having difficulty swallowing foods like bread as it is getting stuck in my throat.
