Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

2017 Aspergillus ear infection was treated x9 months with varying (wrong) antibiotics until specialist + Rx itraconazole healed a 25% TM hole to pinpoint. Same condition now: itching, draining, pain, etc. Specialist, 4 hours one way, cannot see me x10 days, cannot prescribe till seen, of course. Meantime ideas? Prep H? Monistat? Other?

I have a lump under my chin. I got it checked out by a doctor a little over a month ago and they said it was on a lymph node and sent me to a dermatologist. The dermatologist look at it briefly and decided it was not serious (she assumed it was a cyst) and gave me some cream to put on it. The lump was not going away and in the past few weeks it has been significantly growing in size. It was not tender until this past week and now it is pretty tender. I often experience an excess build-up of ear wax. Typically, I remove the excess wax using a bobby pin. Although I know that this practice is discouraged, it is usually effective. However, on this particular instance, I must have pushed the wax deeper into my ear. I sought out an ENT doctor who peered into my ear and said that it was clear. I am confident that my problems are caused by ear wax. Is it possible that he just overlooked it? if so, what should I do? I have already tried OTC remedies

Around a month back, I had severe pain in my left ear. I showed it to an ENT specialist and got wax removed. Also I got some medicines prescribed to me for a month. Medicines were Protal SR 40 mg, Nukast 10 mg and a nasal spray Floresp. I was told that my ears were fine. Nose bone is tilted a little. And throat has sign of tonsils. Hence, I was given this medication. Now I have a history of migraine, however, the last one month when I was on this medication, I didn't get headache even once. But after medication is over, I have again started feeling heavy in my ears, little irritation in my nose and I have been getting headache for 3 days continuously now. I need to know what exactly is causing this and how can it be taken care of.

Myself Ravi kumar,M,30 yrs.I m suffering allergy due to cold from childhood. Symptoms-Running nose,sneezing,nasal blockage & swelling,irritation which is affecting my daily activities badly. The problem increases many folds in winter & decreases in summer.Pl suggest permanent cure.
