My son having tonsils and adenoids from last one year...visited too many doctors and not getting results please inform me any special medicine is there in homeopaty to cure tonsils permanently?

Why does my throat burn as soon as it is dry...? When I eat or drink water it's fine for sometimes but as soon as it becomes dry it starts burn mildly... There's a single white spot in my throat wall .. Please help... And this burning sensation is restricted to the right side.. It feels like a sore throat and burning
