I am giving my son ,4 year old ,18 kgs 5 ml twice a day since 2 days maxtra syrup to treat his dry cough . Is that fine ? Kindly suggest

I have dust allergy problem which bothers me rarely.. for the past 10 days I am suffering from severe sneezing because of dust allergy.. today, I noticed that there is a small plum of swelling in my nostrils.. what could be the reason? Is it because of dust allergy and sneezing? Or anything else?

The white spot is not on the tonsils but in the throat wall at the back side... So can keratosis pharyngis occure at the back on  the throat wall? I am attaching pictures to show the location... Can keratosis pharyngis occure in this place as in the picture? Is it normal can it be in throat wall it's not on the tonsils that is what worries me.. Can it occure in throat wall?

I can see a White debris  spot in my throat wall surrounded by a red little bit swollen area...is it normal? Why do these happen? Is it dangerous by any chance?
