Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Dr, Myself Vivek Verma 27y, diagnosed with Nasal Polyp with DNS by Dr P. Harihara Murthy - ENT (Bangalore). He suggested me for a surgery after investigations. My family lives near by Delhi, therefore it will be more convenient for me to get operated there. Just wanted to know how can I connect for this to you and proceed it further as i am not in Delhi. I suffered from a chikungunya fever lst january and after it i noticed a white pus in my tonsil and then it developed with a hole. Its already may and i still have it. I always use bactidol to disinfect it but still no progress of healing or whatsoever. Should i ask for an antibiotic?

I have been having pain the the left side of my face on my jaw. I found a lump that is getting larger over the last 5 weeks. It has swelled my ear canal and my sinuses. I have a similar lump on the other side and think it may be a saliva gland however the left is 3x as big and hard like a rock. Position wise it’s right below where the wisdom tooth was but in the cheek/muscle part instead. It is causing me constant pain and headaches. I am 25. What could this be?!

Hi, it's been a couple of weeks now that my ear is blocked and I hear an irritating sound all the time and can't hear from my right ear anymore. Please tell me what should I do.

18 years ago I had ameloblastoma and they resected my lower right mandible, rebuilt my jaw and gum bone. I have several issues with that but the reason for my post is swelling, redness and heat radiating from my submandibular gland area on that side. Mri's and CT's are difficult to read, as the titanium creates white noise across that area. I recently had a sailendoscopy and expected the symptoms to go away. But 2 weeks after the area swells, turns bright red and the numbness of that area
