First of all, get your Thyroid properly assessed by an Endocrinologist. This includes Thyroid Function Tests, Thyroid Antibodies Profile, Ultrasonography of Thyroid (and if necessary - Nuclear scanning of thyroid).
This will help the doctor identify the exact disease you are suffering (from among about 16 different diseases of the thyroid).
