Lobes of the
thyroid gland are normal in size and echotexture.
According to ultrasound report a small well defined solid lesion seen in the right lobe measuring 12×8 mm.
Two enlarged left supra clavicular lymph nodes seen measuring 21×8 mm and 12×9 mm.
The carotid arteries and jugular veins are normal.
Conclusion :- a small adenoma in the right lobe of thyroid with two enlarged left supra clavicular lymph nodes possibly of inflammatory etiology.
And
Wbc count 7300/cumm
Neutrophils 30%(N:40-75)
Lymphocytes 65%(N:20-45).

Montoux test
An induration and erythema of 8 mm
Seen after 48 hrs of intradermal injection of PPD.
Test : positive.
