Swollen lymph nodes
Is this occipital swollen lymph node or cervical lymph nodes. What is the level of this lymph nodes. Does it look cancerous?

It looks superficial and surrounded by redness....indicates Reactive-lymphadinitis (reaction to some mild infection in nearby area like your hair )... Not cancerous. Take anti-inflammatory x5days. Will get subsided....or will become soft(turn into abscess)
Next Steps
if it shrinks to 50% in 5days....continue anti-inflammatory  x5days. if does not reduce to 50%or more, then get FNAC done. if turn soft, get incision & drainage.
