Cleaning ears
How to clean my kid's ear, apart from buds. Is there any solution to bring up the dirt? He is very naughty and doesn't stay with me to clean his ears.

You should not clean ears ..wax comes out automatically.. only an ENT specialist must clean the ears from inside

Cleaning of ears in children is not really necessary especially buds can be very dangerous too. Unless there is impacted wax there is no need for any ear drops. Minimal amount of wax is considered normal
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
