There was so much heat in chennai and i slept infront of fan and woke up with ear pain and the nerves touching the ear also aching, within a day started getting pimples and acne in tongue. Today most of the clinic is closed, can someone help to get some relief

Hello My son had some bleeding from the nose today morning. Not sure whether it was due to heat. He had it once previously as well when he returned home in the afternoon. Was also another hot day. I feel I have some issue with my throat. Speaking feels effortful and voice cracks when I speak. I have to speak Loudly to keep the voice clear and stable. This in turn tires my throat quickly. I have to keep clearing my throat before I speak otherwise the voice doesn't come out clearly. Can someone tell me what exactly is wrong with the throat and how to cure it? I am taking it quite seriously since this subtle inefficiency affects of things in life.
