Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ears are to itchy all the time from the deep inside. And it's been more than 3 years hence I started using too much ears bud which is bad.

I usually get headache but since 3 days I noticed clicking sound mostly when I walk up to stairs and I noticed my eye blinking when I get headache

Old case of treated scalp psoriasis, started excessive wax generation in left ear since 7-8 yrs back.  While periodic clinical ear  cleanings, doctor advised antibiotics but no improvement. In addition developed TM perforation. Exhausted left doctor visit. Last year one doctor told- there is no perforation, but wax formation is continuing... I don't feel any pain in ear or headache, no any specific problem. Kindly advise the solution/ treatment. Thanking you,

Sir or mam In my left ear had perforated ear drum How can it repair. I consultant doctor the told me the the hole is small

I went to the ER Saturday morning and was diagnosed with bronchitis and a sinus infection. I couldn't handle not sleeping and being up with a (barking) cough. They prescribed me an antibiotic but no cough syrup to help with the cough. Please help me as I'm losing my mind with not being able to sleep and constantly coughing.

Good day doc everytime i feed my baby at night i didnt notice that the milk will go to the ear and after few days its smells foul and yellow discharge and he get irritable and in his 2 months old he allready know how to scratch ears
