Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel some congestion in left side of throat, feels some cough type feeling this side.i saw an ENT specialist ,he examine and said that there is some redness in this side and give antibiotic for infection (Ciprofloxacin and trinidazole) .Swab culture report also comes normal. I take antibiotic for 10 days. I feel better after that. But still sometimes I feel some congestion and cough feeling this side and also feels that small food particles also stuck this side of throat.any test for throat?

Does smoking cigarette causes swollen lymph nodes in neck and behind ear?

Is it safe to use Hydrogen Peroxide to clean ear wax? Whats the procedure? Thanks for your help well in advance.

2 retro mandibular lumps under earlobe. First appeared 1.5 year ago. Very slow growing. Superficial is rubbery, movable 1.5cm, deep is larger hard and virtually immovable except with downward force. Both non tender. Facial parathesia after massaging area. Bouts of intermittant lethargy. Fluid surrounding mass, extends from ear lobe around angle of mandible. No redness or heat of overlying skin. No weightloss. No night sweats. No generalised lymphadenopathy. Blood tests came back normal.
