Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

After having food i start coughing..feels something is stuck in the neck...when i drink cold beverages it feels more like something is stuck in the neck..i start coughing more...i used to smoke...i am reducing it now since last 9 months...when i smoke i get the same stuck feeling inside neck..and i start coughing more...any suggestions are helpful..

Hyper- Nasal Voice possibly due to velopharyngeal insufficiency. Wanted to know 3 things- 1) Treatment- duration and cost involved. 2) Is their a possibility of any other reason for hyper nasal voice. 3) To whom i should visit for consultation.

Very high throat infection not able to drink and eat any thing. Throat is also paining very high. Showed to doctor yesterday morning but have not got any relief till now.

My doc had suggested metatop nasal spray (1 puff in each nostril) for allergic reaction when I face cold weather etc., 1) Is it safe to use Metatop nasal spray for long duration? for months or years? I get normal if I use the spray for a week or two and I generally resume after 2 weeks or so when I get those symptoms again. 2) Side effects on long duration pls? 3) Also, i have higher heart beat rate around resting BPM of 85. Please also advise if continued usage of metatop results in higher heart rate? thanks a lot!

Sinus problem create pain in left ear nd brain whn ever bend my head it start paining... Left year seems like block or swell

I have gone through seploplasty on 12th April 2018 because I have snoring problem doctor said that my left nose is deviated and I was earlier not able to breathe from left nose and after the surgery my snoring improved but not very much I am using decongestant also at night. I am getting frustrated because of this problem.
