There are many such generic medicines manufactured by obscure companies who keep such products exclusively at Doctor-owned pharmacies where they have an understanding with that doctor! These will not be available anywhere else! This practice is extremely unethical, but unfortunately, some Doctors do such practices, bringing disrepute to our entire profession!
