Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have ear infection .i need help from any experienced doctor regarding this infection please help me some doctors are saying i need to get operated someobe is saying no need of operation.please suggest me

I am 21/M had caught cold 3 days back. It stated with fever and coughing. Fever is gone but coughing is still happening. I took a syrup Coughdryll which dried my cough (I think). But recently i am feeling something is stuck in my throat. I am not having any problem in swallowing food but in intake of liquid I burp often. It feels something's is stuck in my lower area of throat and I am not able to cough is out.

The ear drum is raptured and is having a hole in it. How to go for the treatment either medication or surgery? Which one should be preferred?

Every time I either get a cold or get sick I get laryngitis. I went to an ent and got my tonsils removed as they thought they were causing me to loose my voice. I still now after my tonsillectomy loose my voice. Why is it that I always loose my coice when I get sick and is there anything I can do. I’ve also had a turbinate cautery last year, when I spray a saline spray my nose burns and hurts badly. It is still very blocked and I can’t breathe through it at night. I also still have sleep apnea.

It hurts some time and it doesn't hurt some time. What to do whenever I eat I think that it's stuck but when I don't eat I don't feel it's stuck

Is there any home remedy for ear blockage? I think it's blocked by earwax and causing a little trouble in hearing

I hear sound in  ear like buzzing,hissing. Looks like symptoms are of tinnitus. In silence place from 4 month in one ear. Uncomfortable in sleeping, concentration problem. In international it says tinnitus is non treatable. Please advice.
