I have a pain just below the earlobe right exactly near the tonsils from past three days now..I have trouble while gulping the food

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis with cervical lymphadenitis. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
