Two days ago, I went snorkeling and got water in my ear. After cleaning the ear out with hydrogen peroxide, it was seemingly better. But yesterday, the other ear began to hurt. Today I woke up and it is getting progressively more clogged. I cleaned it out with hydrogen peroxide also to no avail. How do unclog this ear? Also why has this spread between ears?

Hi for the past 1 and half month i can hear a whoosing sound in my left ear which is in rythym with my heartbeat, its constantly there and it seems louder when its a quiet environment, i read online this could be something called pulsatile tinnitus , could that be it, are there any medication available for this?
