Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear feel heavy and partially block. No cold, no other issue. I have some ear infection 2 month ago which is now cured as per an ENT doctor. This heavyness increases when i am in a AC room.

Past six months, daily in the morning if I put my hands in water.. immediately suffering with running nose and sneezing, unable to prepare breakfast, this will subside after 2-3 hrs..my age is 29yrs,am having 1yr plus baby.am in Bangalore,especially morning water will be very cool.please suggest me what to do ?? Is there any emergency to consult a doctor

My partner has an ear infection, he saw a doctor this mornimg got perscribed antibiotics, ear medicine and pain killers, the doctor said his ear drum was swollen, so when we got home i applied the ear medicine in 4 drops as instructed he started bleeding short after is this normal?

I have a slight larger than normal tonsil on the right side.. When I swallow food from the right side it scratches a bit.. There is a scratchy sensation.. What can I do to stop this.. Pictures are attached.. Thank you..

My left ear has a problem since many years . Liquid used to come out and smells really bad . I have went to many doctors they prescribe me antibiotics after taking medicines it gets dry for few days and than starts again Please do let me know what shall I do further
