Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I got phlegm struck in my throat for over 2 months now...so I consulted doctor and he told me I have pharyngitis...he told me about the diet like what to avoid including citrus fruits,alcohol and etc...I have doubt if I can eat chicken and curd?? And what are the other foods to avoid and foods to take other than what I mentioned?? Thank you...

Doctor I have been suffering with sore throat for past 4 years. I never drink or eat cold stuff but dry cough has been contstant with me. I have consulted many doctors and they diagnosed GERD and treated me accordingly. I was little better after taking medicine but after few months the cough again came back. For the  past 8 months I was consulting with homeopathy doctor and I was better again for sometime but again from last month the cough are back. Just recently the same doctor again diagnosed me with Adenoiditis. But I searched in Internet and came to know that Adults does not have Adenoids glands. This confusing and frustrating as this problem is hampering my daily lifestyle. Please how should I go about it.

Wife has coughjng issue at start now from last couple of days has got dry cough. Tried so many syrups still unable to get come to satisfaction. Request you to please suggest something.

I diagnosed for materials 21 yr ago. At that time I was unconscious for 2 days. I spent about a month in hospital. Later I found my tongue got heavier. Actually it doesn't pain or I doesn't face any problems with that except I can't speak fast and my voice is bad. I didn't mind at all. My throat is paining whenever i am talking too much.. And while sleeping thn also my throat is paining. I am taking thyroid tablets 25mcg since 2 months.

I have used otogesic for 1 month. It is not so effective. My blocked ear didn't get cleared. Can i use dewax now.

Hello , I am having fewer on and off with sore throat and not able swallow my spit . I am having chills with fewer and sore throat and ear hurting a lot . Not able to eat any thing feeling really low , i had taken combiflam and ibrouphen but after it's getting worse please help what medicine will give fast relief. Thanks

Sometimes when I bend my head cum neck to the downward right side I feel pain. I got my ear tested but there was nothing . On bending and stressing too much on right it triggers a pinch to the nerve going till my head. The pain is on area right under my ear n the neck on the right side .
