Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have tinnitus in both ears, tried all medicine Tinnicar capsule but after having Tinnicar capsule Condition seemed to be worse. Did capsule resulted in side affect?? I have tonsils also .. can tonsils be a reason for tinnitus?
