By your question I presume that you have already started the medication for hypothyroidism. Food wise, avoid eating cabbage and cauliflower and broccoli. They are considered goiterogenic. Rest there is no restriction in diet as such. But in general avoid fried spicy oily and carb rich food. It will help you feel better
