Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been coughing for the past two days. It's getting worse each day. Now I have a sniffling nose and weakness. Chericof is helping for a few minutes, but not more. The cough has a lot of phlegm.

Had tonsillitis and fever. Had Azithromycin,meftal spas and allegra after breakfast and had vomit now. What should I do?

This is for my kid who is 4.5 month old. He is facing cough since last 5 days. Every night he is having severe cough which lasts for 20 minutes. We have consulted our pedia and he advised us not to give any medicine othr than levolin nebulizer. We are doing it since then but not much relief to my baby. Please suggest what to do now.
