You need surgery.... Endoscopic Nasal Surgery to correct the septal deviation and bilateral uncinectomy and bilateral middle meatal antrostomies. This followed by intranasal corticosteroid therapy with support medications over 1 year postoperatively will clear out all disease from your nose and sinuses.
