Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother is coughing from one month. She is 50 years old. She is taking duolin and seroflo inhalers and nazomac af nasal spray and azithromycin 250(6 days). But the cough is not decreasing at all. Severity has decreased but still she is coughing and it increases in the night when she sleeps. Please help Thank you

Saturday evening I was in a Cab with the window open on my left side. After the sleepover in the night, from Sunday morning I am unable to hear anything from my Left ear.
