Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been experiencing throat pain when i swallow, when i wake up in the morning, i feel the choking effect when put pressure on my throat or neck

Pus coming out of left ear, water went inside, chemist advised clearwax solution, using it for 3 days thrice daily, initially only water used to come out, but after 3 days pus starts to come out. Tremendous pain is also started yeaterday.

Im a 42 yr old healthy male aside from my current condition. I lost my hearing in my left ear due to head trauma at 17 yrs old. I developed Cochlear Hydrops about 2 yrs ago. Luckily for me I do not have any vertigo or balance problems. However, I do have tinnitus in both ears and some hearing loss in my only good ear. My question is why the tinnitus in my right ear? The hearing in that ear has been gone for over 20 yrs and never had tinnitus. Wondering why it would develop now?

I am having burning sensation in throat from last few days , after 1 to 2 hours of meal I will feel burning sensation in throat and formation of gas in stomach for 30min to 1hour , after that I will feel normal.
