Do's and don'ts after nasal endoscopy? And what will the treatment for chronic sinusitis. Is this can be treated without any surgery?

I am suffering from ear tinnitus, some sort of sound and heavy ness I felt all the time in my right ear, kindly advise what to do, I already consult to doctors, they advise me to take steam, any other suggestions

I have been facing runny nose from last 2 weeks. I have been using nasal drops and tablets, but not clearing. Both the sides of nose are getting blocked one after other. First 3 days I felt little fever and head ache, but it cleared. But the cold is not getting cleared. I'm using easy breath also daily.

Hello sir , I had an ear injury last 20 days back which caused eardrum raptured .I concerned with the ent specialist .He prescribed me 15 days medicine which was Allegra 120 mg .after 15 days again I went there .He said there is no any infection but the healing process is not done still now .what can be the reason .why it's not getting heal..I am in too much depression .please reply me .Docter gave 20 days more  time to see response .I am too much scared now .
