I have been feeling needle like pain in my throat since yesterday.. I have migraine also. 1.5 years back I got RCT done on my left side of tooth

Iam feeling a little dry cough. There is no fever or viral infection. But feels like something moist in throat and getting cough dry and tough. How to releave from it. Plz advice me.
