Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi All, I have Yellowish wound left side of tongue near throat. I have visited multiple ENT doctors(ruby hall clinic ) in the past and they said please forget about it it's nothing. I have met with cancer specialist as well and they also said forget about it. Can any of you please advise that why doesn't it go away and how can I remove it? I am always scared because of this!
