Hello everyone I have bad breath problem from so many years and smell coming from my tongue and smell like rotten egg smell. I visited periodontist and scaling also done then I visited ENT specialist he done X Ray of PNS and that is absolutely fine, then I have visited chest specialist, Gastroenterologist, kidney and liver specialist also. Smell only coming from my tongue Please let me know what the problem I have.

I am having problem engulfing anything. It is very painful when I engulf anything. There are white spots on my tonsils and the glands are swollen.

I feel a clump like feeling in throat when swallowing since 4 days. Took one Pan Dsr 30mg yesterday morning and ate some hot soup and gargled with Povidone solution yesterday night...Still no change. Its not painful, it doesn't create problems while swallowing. No pain while talking and my voice is still the same. It doesn't feel like Tonsils as I had them before. Some say it could be acid reflux or pharyngitis. What do u think?

I am having mild hearing loss in my left ear since childhood. Doctor has suggested me to wear hearing aid but I am not wearing it. Nowadays I feel some sound coming from my ears I searched on internet and found it is tinnitus problem. Kindly suggest me some medications. If there is treatment in Ayurvedic I am ready to do. Splenectomy in 1993,Patient of Portal Hypertension. From last 2 month, there is some tumour type swelling with pain behind sternocleidomastoid muscle in left neck side. Took antibiotics but no help. Some times pain increases & cover whole side with Irrigation in Jaws. Now feeling same either side also without pain. Doctor suggested me Lymphonode Biospy, Ugc doppler- abdomen & Ogd scopy. What will be treatment cost in bangalore?

I am having pain in both of my ears. Every time, i put earphones, the pain becomes more. No issue of water coming out from the ears. Rest, i can hear properly no issues.
