Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have got sore throat now for more than 1.6 year now. I have tried several doctors but it is not healing it feels very itchy at times so what should I do.

In this changing wheather infection occurs in throat first then cold and cough occurs.can some suggest the remidy/medicine that can be taken when soar throat happen, preventing further cold and cough

I couldn't hear through my left ear...sometimes it starts draining while after taking pond/sea bath...It was since 1999...

Iam suffering with cough from a long time. Its not a dry cough.And recently got effected to sugar though it's of first stage only .while sleeping ,iam getting snoring with high pitch.

Since 1 month my father have pain in his throat but he haven't cared of that, now the problem went big. Now more pain occur and problem with eating and drinking anything ,already gone with MRI test .And found injury in throat (vocal chord) He is a great drunkard and cigarette smoker. Anyhow stopped everything since 1 month. Now what to do? Is this can be throat cancer?

Sir,mostly during sleeping time my nose is blocked and in morning the nose to run and me fell all day chill(Influenza or common cold).Sir,please give me a solution to blocked nose.
